We updated you throughout 2023 & 2024 regarding the egregious lawfare out of LA County against Marco Polo. This lawfare occurred because we had the courage to report on the felonious contents of the abandoned Biden Laptop in a way that no one else did (with supreme granularity & digital savviness). You've learned about the wealthy & corrupt plaintiff in our case & his connections to the 46th US president's family. Through the trial court & appellate system in the (2nd world) "justice" system in California, we've already gotten 2 of the 5 "causes of action" struck from the complaint. The plaintiff's goal is to suppress our constitutionally-protected free speech, which is egregious behavior from the attorney for the South Park creators, no less. We'll be filing a motion for reimbursement of attorneys' fees. Watch this feed.
In the interim, we're strategizing about how best to proceed once discovery opens. Because Morris explicitly mentions the former president's family in his complaint, we will be seeking to depose (and subpoena documents from) them. To our knowledge—and because this is one of our only "beats," you'd be hard pressed to find someone with more knowledge on this subject—we're the only people on planet Earth to have this opportunity at the present time. I don't know anyone who has done more research, analysis and disclosure on the Biden mess than Marco Polo. They have identified so many avenues of investigation where the email or message trails lead directly to corruption in places like the top of the FBI, Boies Schiller law (scheme to steal $2.6 billon from Treasury with the help of Biden , Frank and others) + many more.
